Pastor Stella Matutina Bila
Pastor Stella Matutina Bila is a visionary leader, pastor, and social worker with a passion for equipping, empowering, and restoring hope. She is married to Apostle Samy Bila, and together they serve as senior pastors of City of Grace Assembly, raising three wonderful children while fulfilling their divine mandate.
She is the founder of multiple transformative ministries, each designed to uplift individuals, restore broken lives, and build lasting legacies in the Kingdom of God.
